To maximise the life of your carpets and keep them hygienically clean, we suggest at least once a year. If you have pets or children, possibly every 6 months depending on foot traffic.

What’s the difference between dry and steam cleaning?2020-09-27T04:48:00+00:00

Dry cleaning is using a chemical encapsulation process which is good for a quick surface clean but leaves a chemical residue only for stains to re-appear weeks later. Steam cleaning / hot water extraction cleans deep down into the carpet fibres. This method uses heat and extraction which removes all ground-in dirt, stains and bacteria during the process. This is far superior clean than any other carpet cleaning method on the market today. The difference is night and day – and we’ve used them both.

As long as you have clean shoes/feet, you can walk on the carpet straight away. Just keep in mind the carpet will be slightly damp so we suggest laying some towels down at any entry points as a reminder.

Standard room/area size is 12 sq/m – which is the size of a standard bedroom. Anything larger than that is considered an oversized room or as 2 or more areas.

Yes, we will either need access to a tap outside (for running a truck mount machine) or inside access to hot water taps for running a portable machine.

Unfortunately, we aren’t allowed to move heavy items such as couches or beds for insurance purposes however smaller items are fine.
